Welcome to Navitaire Support! Our global support team provides day-to-day support for issues, problems, and questions that may come up as you use our products. You may obtain around the clock assistance through:
- Remedy (remedy.navitaire.com) - We provide access to an internet-based application for you to report new incidents, track the status of open incidents, and review historical incidents.
- Telephone (1-800-772-3355) - We provide a telephone number that you can call to report urgent incidents twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our Support team is available around the clock to receive your emergency incident, collect details and initiate immediate response from the team best able to resolve your incident. When calling our Support team, please alert us to the critical nature of your call so we can respond appropriately. When you call, we collect incident details and provide you an incident number.
