Navitaire Customer Conference Navitaire Customer Care Site Credential Change

Customer Care Site Access Changed
Navitaire recently changed the environment that supports the Navitaire Customer Care site. This change will require customers to modify their login credentials to add a new domain name.

All Customer Care site users received an email from Nate Whitcomb on DATE… entitled XX(email title) which outlined the new details to access the site.

You will need to update and use your credentials as outlined in the email to view the presentations and other documents referenced in this newsletter that are hosted on the Customer Care site. If you have followed the new instructions and encounter issues accessing the site, please log on INC for assistance [or contact???].
